Shipping and delivery:
All products are lovingly handmade in my studio. Once orders are placed, they will be made-to-order and shipped in 7-10 business days for a flat fee. Customers who live in Central Iowa are given the option (upon checkout) of waiving the shipping fee and picking their product up in person. Custom orders will be completed and shipped depending on complexity and size of order.
Exchanges and Returns:
Stansberry exchanges or returns will be honored within 14 days of shipping. Exchanges or returns must be received in their original condition. *Please note, custom order cannot be returned.
